What is Hypnosis?

In this work, hypnosis is used to interrupt habits at the level they actually run.

Most habits — smoking, vaping, stress responses, overthinking, compulsive behaviours — operate automatically, not through conscious choice.

Hypnosis allows access to that automatic layer so the pattern can be disengaged, not managed.

 

This work does not explore why a habit began. It stops the process that keeps restarting it.

Habits follow a simple loop :


Trigger → Urge → Automatic Response.

Sessions focus on interrupting this loop at its source.
When the mechanism disengages, the behaviour no longer makes sense — and effort drops away.

This is not talk therapy. There is no emotional excavation and no long-term treatment model.

Most patterns resolve within 2–3 focused sessions.
